Jobing Description

Broward College invites applicants for a full time tenure track teaching position in Business Administration.

This position is a yearly two semester (163 day) contract.
The anticipated hire date is August 2012.

Candidates should be passionate educators who can facilitate the needs of diverse 21st century learners.

Minimum Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration or Master's Degree with eighteen graduate semester hours in Marketing.

Minimum Experience/Training: Candidates should possess industry experience, software skills and e-learning experience. Community college or post secondary teaching experience is preferred.

Committee work may be needed. Some schedules may require evening and/or weekend hrs.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain active professional developmental activities and service to the Department and College. In addition, the Marketing Program has benefited from a strong collegiate chapter of DECA (the co-curricular marketing student organization). It is anticipated the successful candidate will have qualities needed to serve as Faculty Advisor to that group.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday/weekends/varies
