Jobing Description

Maintains the high service standards established by BallenIsles

Performs set/clean up duties as assigned

Mixes, prepares, and serves drinks according to the approved recipes

Maintains records of liquors, beers, wine, and sundries to ensure par stock is maintained at all times. Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies as needed
Maintains order and cleanliness of bar area

Skills / Requirements

Candidates must be customer service oriented & a team player with a positive attitude

Strong communication and organization skills

Must be able to communicate information to staff and Members/guests

Bartending experience required

Country Club or similar experience preferred

Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays
