Salary: $125000 - $150000 per year

Our client is currently seeking to hire a strong Business Development Manager to help grow their operations with a focus on customer relations in domestic and commercial banking with a solid book of business.
They are looking for an energetic, professional and solid community banker that is eager to produce and bring instant revenue to their organization. Our client is looking to pay a base salary plus incentives and end of year bonus if goals are met.

*Execute integrated sales, service and relationship strategies to support growth, relationship deepening, and retention of small business customers.
*Proactively source and expand business banking customer relationships by maximizing financial Center-based sales opportunities and ensuring customer retention.
*Probe within customer base for needs and opportunities to cross-sell to other business segments.
*Driving the development of new profitable business with a designated portfolio of Top 25 clients for retention efforts; developing strategic sales plans and executing them
Business-to-business sales

- Outbound sales

- Generating sales leads and building a referral network

- Create a sales plan and executing against individual sales goals
