Every day hundreds of people are losing their jobs and now competing for the same positions you are. Do you think having a college degree can make the difference in obtaining that position?

As an employer how much weight does it hold in your search for qualified individuals?

As a job seeker do you believe it will give you an edge?

In my opinion, it varies. Most employers stress experience more than a degree. They rather go with a seasoned individual than an unknown "freshman" right out of college. A degree may grant you an interview, but it may not get you the job. Still, a degree is better than none at all.
