Blog Post: Mortgage Closer, Processor and Underwriter Open House

Randstad is working with a large financial institution in Seminole County and are recruiting for a variety of contract mortgage candidates for long term temp positions at their refinancing center. Qualified candidates should apply in person at our Lake Mary Branch.

We are hosting an open house on Thursday, January 22 and Monday, January 26 from 9 AM to 3 PM. The address is 4255 West Lake Mary Blvd. Lake Mary, FL 32746.

We have openings for the following:

25 Loan Closers $ 15.00 hour - must have 5+ years of experience closing conventional loans. 35 Loan Processors $19.50 hour - must have 10 years of hands on processing experience. Familiarity with all facets of processing and have ability to push up to
150 loans through over a one month span. Must be familiar with tax returns, how to read bank statements, etc. 50 Level 1 Underwriters $26.00 hour - Must have 5+ years of underwriting experience

Contract positions are approximately 9 month positions, but length of assignment could vary
depending on market conditions. These are full time opportunities and there will be mandatory overtime requirements once training is complete. Approximately 10 hours a week of OT and some Saturdays. This is a fast paced work environment and quality and compliance are the clients number one priorities. All candidates must be able to thrive in a stressful, fast paced, customer focused environment and be able to work on tight deadlines. Candidates are subject to background checks and drug tests prior to starting assignment.
