One purpose.
One passion.
One name.
Leesburg Regional Medical Center and The Villages Regional Hospital share one goal and now one name—Central Florida Health Alliance.
One name because we share the same commitment to quality care and service excellence. One goal—our award-winning healthcare has made us the only regional providers in cardiovascular, neurosurgery, and stroke care. We remain front runners in several progressive, minimally-invasive surgeries such as endovascular, orthopedic, hysterectomy, and heart valve repair.

It’s remarkable what our physicians, team members and volunteers can accomplish when we all work together—as one—to improve the health of our community.
Remarkable people. Remarkable care.

Message from Human Resources
At Central Florida Health Alliance we are proud of our focus on

becoming a leading healthcare employer as recognized by the numerous awards we have received on the local, state and national level. Being named fourth in the nation by AARP’s “Best Employer for Workers Over 50”, “Number 1 Company for Working Families in Central Florida” by Sentinel Communications for the second Year in a Row and also “Best Places to Work in Lake and Sumter Counties”, we show a strong commitment to continually improving our work environment.
These awards show our dedication not only to our team members, but also to their families. We strive to provide a work environment that is fun, family friendly and offers plenty of room for growth and advancement.
Our benefits are unique and offer some of the best plans available. For team members interested in continuing their education, we offer up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement per year. We also try to incorporate convenience into the work environment. That is why we have onsite Bachelor's and Master's program in order to make it as easy as possible for those wishing to return to school.
For many of our team members, their families are also part of Central Florida Health Alliance. With our on-site Children and Learning Center, quality care in a learning and educational environment are available to children and grandchildren of our team members from 6 weeks of age through Pre-K with a summer program for children up to age 11. We also recognize that balancing work and family life can be difficult, so we are proud to offer our Sniffles and Snuggles Sick Childcare Program. This program enables parents with mildly ill children to return to work while having their child cared for near their work environment. This convenience is just one of the few benefits we offer and has helped us achieve such an honorable award as the Corporate Champion of the Year for Working Families.

We are always seeking great new team members to join our fabulous team
of professionals. Opportunities are available in a variety of areas including: Clinical, Non-Clinical as well as Administrative and Support departments. Please feel free to stop by Human Resources or visit us on-line to review our current list of available opportunities.
When I joined the Central Florida Health Alliance team in 2000, I recognized that it was one of those unique work environments that are truly one of a kind. I am proud to be a part of this team and am very proud of the outstanding care we provide to thousands of patients each year.
Sincerely,
Darlene Stone, Vice President of Human Resources
