DESCRIPTION
- Calling customers and selling vacation packages. (NO COLD CALLING)

- Tracking of deals and filing appropriate sales paperwork with each sale

- Customer service and problem resolution of potential clients issues with intentions of completing a sale

- Attend all weekly meetings.

Skills / Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED
Prior Sales experience preferred
Must have basic knowledge of sales practices either on the phone or in person
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to sell
Experience overcoming objectives and closing sales
Work with little supervision and have the ability to work best under pressure while being held accountable for goals achieved.
Must be energetic, outgoing, tenacious, goal oriented and a natural closer!

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Call Center background in Telemarketing required.
- Previous phone sales experience in Vacation sales is a plus
