Jobing Description

The Custodian's responsibility is to keep the ladies locker room and restrooms of our Sports Complex in a clean and orderly condition by performing routine custodian services.

Skills / Requirements

Experience in Country Club or Resort industry.

Sweeps, mops, scrubs, window cleaning, assist in Laundry department and vacuums all general areas of Sports Complex.

Empties trash and garbage containers on as needed basis.

Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, air conditioning, etc.

Maintains the sidewalks and the main entrance to Sports Complex free of debris.

Performs power washing and pressure cleaning as needed.

Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Must be available Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday.
