Brightway Insurance is currently looking to add to our growing team in the Tampa Bay area!!


The ideal candidates will provide service to clients' changing insurance needs by selling AUTO, HOME, LIFE, AND BUSINESS insurance coverages with over 100 carrier contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects. Leads are provided for the first 6 months!!
  • Develops a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.
  • Obtains underwriting approval by completing application for coverage.
  • Completes coverage by delivering policy; planning future follow-up visits and evaluations of needs.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

    We take the administration off of your hands! We have a dedicated service center in Jacksonville, Florida so you can focus on production!

    Skills / Requirements

  • 2-20 License is required but carrying a 2-15 is a plus
  • 2-5 years experience
