Jobing Description
It is the primary responsibility of the Hotel Greeter to answer basic guest services questions. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.
Greet and open door for all arriving guests;
Provide excellent service consistent with the property‚s core service standards and brand attributes;
Proactively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment;
Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction;
Provide guests with current information of the hotel, casino, shows, restaurants, and/or amenities ;
Anticipate guests‚ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests;
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction;
Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest‚s satisfaction;
Greet guests in a courteous, caring, and consistent manner;
Skills / Requirements
Guest service experience.
Strong English communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
Follow directions thoroughly
Multi task in various situations
Work with minimal supervision
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
