Jobing Description
Solicits, arranges, and coordinates advertisements from Private Sellers over the phone via Outbound Sales efforts.
OBJECTIVES
Solicits processes and when appropriate, up-sells photo ad services for Private Seller customers.
Coordinates method of payment.
Accurately records and information into our contact database.
Communicates customer problems and concerns to the supervisor.
Demonstrates continuous positive attitude and understanding of the sales process and customer service function of the position.
Process any customer ‘Do Not Call’ requests.
Consistently exceed monthly quota and standards of performance by maximizing sales call contacts, conducting effective sales presentations, determining customers needs and offering advertising solutions to meet those needs.
Stay abreast and continuously acquire knowledge of company’s products and or services.
Ability to handle objections by understanding the customer’s needs through product assessment and persistence.

Proven success in selling products and services over the phone from start to finish is required.
Effectively present information to customers, co-workers, supervisors on a one-on-one basis.
Conduct business over the telephone in a professional manner and environment.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations and solve problems in standard situations and basic analytical skills.
Able to analyze and resolve all customers’ advertising related issues.
Take initiative to gain the knowledge needed to resolve issues and know your resources to utilize for assistance.
Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Word and Excel. Literacy with internet is required.
Prioritize and succeed in a fast pace environment.
Influence and persuade others while offering products and services to Private Seller customers.
Team player in generating company profit.
