Job: Research Leads Agent

The Research / Leads Agent will be responsible for maintaining, qualifying and selecting service providers within the US and Canada. This position will build relationships and educate service providers on the policies and procedures to meet the company targets through aggressive contract rate and labor warranty negotiations. The Research / Leads Agent will research, investigate and follow-up with service providers regarding repair statuses, part orders, etc and communicate with the customer until the repair is complete.

Associates Degree or Business coursework is required. A minimum of one year of contract negotiations, consumer electronics and/or application industry, appliance, electronics, PC knowledge, repair center and retail sales experience is required. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) software, typing and data entry. Excellent interpersonal (internal and external), telephone, oral and written communication skills are requirements as well as effective negotiations skills. The candidate must possess the ability to prioritize, plan and manage a high volume workload, be able to work independently while maintaining team cohesiveness, report problems and provide alternate solutions to the supervisor as well as be flexible to adapt to changing situation in work responsibilities. Bilingualism in French or Spanish would be considered a plus.
