Pick up and stock all outlets with products, supplies, glass and small wares to insure opening on time. Maintain outlets in a clean, organized and stocked condition.

Perform outlet-opening duties, including stocking supplies sufficient for the shift to prevent shortages and service delays.

Set up bar area and organize according to department standards.

Pick up food and beverage orders from storeroom and check orders to insure that all item ordered have been received. Deliver to proper outlets, or store when necessary.

Rotate all items and check all expiration dates.

Perform ongoing table maintenance. Be sure all areas are swept and kept free of debris. Make sure tables are wiped, clean, the dishes are removed, and the floor areas are swept.

Know the Resort’s food and beverage quality standards.

Interact with the guests, know the Resort, be able to offer suggestions and answer many questions. Offer to make reservations when needed.

Assist bartenders when needed.

Notify a manager or security of any problems or concerns.

Give service beyond the guest’s expectations, give personal attention and show enthusiasm.

Clear tables as quickly as possible and prepare for the next guest.

Perform closing duties, side work and cleaning.

Working knowledge of all food and beverage menus.

Keep work area clean and organized.

Maintain smile and correct posture and always be professional and courteous.

Take full responsibility for all aspects of service in your station.

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers.

“Wow” the guest at every opportunity.

Skills / Requirements

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop or bend for duration of shift [at least (8) hours].

Read write and speak English fluently.

Strong work ethic and able to work well under pressure and with other people.

Able to take direction and follow through with minimum supervision.

Able to lift 50lbs.

Must be able to follow service standards.

Knowledge of drinks and POS System.
