Jobing Description
State Certified or Licensed Appraisal Agents needed, $12-14/hr - multiple openings
Process one or more aspects of the mortgage loan application process for a client or group of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Under general supervision, participate in one or more aspects of mortgage loan application processing, including titles, appraisals, checks, or applications.
  • Identify missing mortgage documents and notify client.
  • Provide client status reports as requested.
  • Answer routine questions regarding the mortgage loan process.
  • Enter mortgage loan information into computer system.
  • Provide customer service to clients and other internal departments as necessary.
  • May specialize in one specific area of mortgage processing or work with a specific group of clients.
  • Performs other duties as required

  • Skills / Requirements
  • Must be an active State Certified or Licensed Appraiser
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
  • Must be able to perform long hours on the computer and work overtime
