Jobing Description

State Certified or Licensed Appraisal Agents needed, $12-14/hr - multiple openings
Process one or more aspects of the mortgage loan application process for a client or group of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under general supervision, participate in one or more aspects of mortgage loan application processing, including titles, appraisals, checks, or applications.

Identify missing mortgage documents and notify client.

Provide client status reports as requested.

Answer routine questions regarding the mortgage loan process.

Enter mortgage loan information into computer system.

Provide customer service to clients and other internal departments as necessary.

May specialize in one specific area of mortgage processing or work with a specific group of clients.

Performs other duties as required

Skills / Requirements

Must be an active State Certified or Licensed Appraiser

Must be able to pass a background and drug screening

Must be able to perform long hours on the computer and work overtime
