Job: Licensed 4-40 Insurance Agent

We are seeking a professional who is experienced in the service of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance to work with the Brier Grieves Agency in Tampa, Florida.

The ideal candidate will possess the desire to help our clients manage the risks of their everyday lives through Property & Casualty Insurance services.

We have two offices in Tampa are looking for the right person to help us grow and meet the needs of our clients!!!

440 required with 3+ years of experience

Experience with AMS 360 software

Organized, Aggressive and dependable

Working knowledge of various insurance lines

Demonstration of sound judgment, outstanding decision making, problem solving and analytical skills

Proven time management skills, ability to multi-task

Strong oral and written communication skills, highly effective interpersonal skills and negotiation/conflict resolution capabilities

Self-motivated and strong familiarity with personal computer software, ability to thrive in a fast-paced production and coaching environment

Ability to meet sales goals, motivation for sales, skills and knowledge for selling to customer needs
