We are a large OB/GYN group comprising of 106 OB/GYN physicians at more than 45 practice locations throughout Tampa Bay and Orlando.


Currently, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.


Responsible for:

Effectively recruiting compentent and qualified healthcare professionals.

Recruits through various sources.

Consult with Administrators/Managers to provide staffing solutions.

Skills / Requirements

Qualified candidates should have 2+ years experience in healthcare recruiting.

Strong communication skills.

Stong knowledge of staffing industrty including trends, opportunites and services as well as knowledge of healthcare management styles and medical terminology.

Execllent analytical, organizational and computer skills.
