Job: Licensed 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance Agent

We are seeking a professional who is experienced in the sales and/or service of Property and Casualty Lines Insurance to work a well known and established Insurance Firm in Central Florida.
This position will prospect and develope their own customer base as well as service existing clients. This firm has an established trainig program that will ensure success of those candidates with the proper attitude.
Sales Assistant:
This person will be responsible for Customer Service for current clients, and Sales follow through for prospective clients. Candidate will need to have a professional demeanor and appearance. This position can lead to an agent’s role for those who would like to advance after min. 1 year. Salary and benefits 1st year 28K, 2nd 32K and up based on production goals.

220 or 440 required with 3+ years of experience

Organized, Aggressive and dependable

Working knowledge of various insurance lines

Demonstration of sound judgment, outstanding decision making, problem solving and analytical skills

Proven time management skills, ability to multi-task

Strong oral and written communication skills, highly effective interpersonal skills and negotiation/conflict resolution capabilities

Self-motivated and strong familiarity with personal computer software, ability to thrive in a fast-paced production and coaching environment

Ability to meet sales goals, motivation for sales, skills and knowledge for selling to customer needs
