Jobing Description
This position is responsible for reviewing contracts and processing approval/denial of requests for direct billing, ensuring the collection and follow-up of delinquent accounts, instructing hotel staff and ensuring adherence to established credit policies
Skills / Requirements
Associates degree or higher in Business, Finance or Accounting
Minimum seven years high volume credit experience in group/tour travel hotel Knowledge of collection and credit reporting procedures Proficiency in computer software applications to include; PMS, Accounting systems, Office Software to include: Lotus Notes, Word, Excel File organization and maintenance skills Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills Ability to operate basic office equipment Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays Important Notes
