Job: MANAGER OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

The Manager of Training and Development will be responsible for internal and external training initiatives; content and presentation. This position will be responsible for defining and measuring quality throughout the company and continuously working towards more efficient and accurate work product and high quality service output. The Manager of Training and Development will be responsible for equipping and motivating a team of Trainers and Specialists to perform to the best of their abilities, our team goal being to enhance the knowledge, skills and work product of our associates and partners associates to ensure everyone has the tools and knowledge to perform their roles successfully and to the highest quality standards.

BA/BS in related/relevant field is required. The candidate must have one year of leadership and public speaking/professional presentation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS-Project and Visio) software as well as proper, former business communication skills is required. ISeries/AS/400 and Basic HTML experience would be considered a plus.
