Sales Counselor - Guest Contact Center

Works in a high paced phone, fax, and email environment handling sales and service as well as processing orders for Universal Orlando’s products and services including Annual Pass and online support.

Qualified candidates must:

Assist guests with sales process for products and services. Provides sales and service support for phone, fax and online customers on sales initiatives.

Maximize opportunities to add value and increase product awareness by offering additional ticket media.

Provide technical assistance and phone support for ticket and Annual Pass orders as well as On-Line Ticket Store visitors, including Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood.

Assist guests with pending or double charges to credit/debit cards.

Provide assistance with promotions and/or advertisements on the UO/USH websites.

Answer general information questions and/or complete the on-line purchase process as necessary.

Read and respond to all e-mails including inboxes for On-Line Store Help (UO website purchasing questions) and On-Line Store Confirmations (print-at-home tickets and e-mail confirmation issues).

Regenerate on-line confirmations and print-at-home ticket orders.
