Job: Bankruptcy Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Tampa statewide creditor's rights / foreclosure firm seeking focused paralegal / legal assistant for bankruptcy area. F/T 8-5pm.


Job Duties:
Will be responsible for handling Ch 11 and 13 cases for creditors. This position deals with contested and non-contested bankruptcies. Must have creditor experience in a law firm.

Requires at least 1 year of creditor bankruptcy legal experience in a law firm setting, prefer Chapter 11 and/or 13 experience. Will consider candidate with exposure to creditor bankruptcy and experience in another litigation area. Looking for a fast learner with the ability to prioritize and work independently. Must work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Must have desire to learn and improve as well as be self-motivated. Need a team player with a good attitude. Requires good office skills and attention to detail.
