The Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, recruit, screen and interview candidates for positions within the Fontainebleau Miami Beach organization, based on the recruitment strategy and hiring. This position will use innovative methods to recruit highly qualified candidates and will provide recommendations on where to source and attract candidates for hard to fill positions.

Education

Bachelor-s degree or combination of four years relevant education and experience.


Skills

Ability to communicate in English. Basic comprehension of the English language for the purpose of safety, management direction and job responsibility, and interaction with guests.

Skilled in assessment and selection processes for the exempt and non-exempt levels. Demonstrated ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong problem solving skills. Excellent communicator-internally and externally. Able to work independently. Focused on delivering results and providing superior customer service.


Experience

1 - 3 years recruitment experience, hotel/gaming preferred.
