Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the unit/department assigned; duties may be complex in nature and may involve access to confidential information; duties may include normal secretarial activities such as typing, work processing, taking dictation, scheduling appointments, etc.

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the unit/department assigned; duties may be complex in nature and may involve access to confidential information; duties may include normal secretarial activities such as typing, work processing, taking dictation, scheduling appointments, etc. *Assist in daily business of managers which includes general office work, answering phones, typing letters, sorting and distributing mails.
*Perform a variety of administrative duties for the Top Management dealing with confidential and complex matters.
*Coordinates the efficient operation of the office by maintaining confidential and general files, order supplies, maintaining manuals, and performing all other relevant duties for each executive officer.
*Coordinates and completes associated business reports. Research, prepare and edit reports, presentations.
*Orders office supplies, schedules and coordinates meetings/appointments, and makes travel arrangements.
*Assures that all assigned projects are complete in a timely and efficient manner, and follows-up on administrative details.
*Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills / Requirements

*High school diploma or equivalent required. College level courses preferable but not mandatory.
*Two (2) years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
*Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and use of the Internet.
*Ability to handle moderate assignments under general supervision.
*Excellent oral and written communications skills and organizational skills.
*Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
*Ability to be punctual for work and meetings.
*Ability to interact effectively with co-workers.
*Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
*Ability to accept constructive criticism.
*Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
*Ability to use personal computers and associated software applications.
