Job: Certified Behavioral Analyst

JOB FUNCTION: Responsible for the development and implementation of behavioral reviews, assessments and plans for children and adolescents in the Children and Adolescent Psychiatric Program. The CBA shall meet all requirements set forth by the State of Florida and the national certification standards for a certified for behavioral analyst.

QUALIFICATIONS: The Certified Behavioral Analyst will have a minimum of a Masters Degree and be certified in the State of Florida as a behavioral analyst with (3) years of experience with children and families in a behavioral health setting.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to see and hear in emergency situations. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Must be able to transport self from building to building and differing locations.

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Exposure to consumers and a variety of program conditions, which may include long, irregular hours, on-call duties, and local travel. Potential exposure to a wide range of community environments outside the agency.
