Coordinate and process necessary documentation to provide indigent and needy patients medications available from various pharmaceutical patient assistance programs; including, but not limited to, request, completion and submission of required forms from various pharmaceutical companies. Conduct necessary research to determine eligibility requirements of most pharmaceutical products. Analyze multiple reports to assess each patient for eligibility. Establish and maintain liaison relations with pharmaceutical manufacturers and vendor representatives for continuous customer service and follow up. Demonstrates the ability to work with and communicate with the adult and geriatric population demonstrating competency as well as the ability to work with the individual patient's growth and development needs. Assures patient satisfaction and meets MHS mission and vision objectives.

HS Diploma/equivalent required. Previous retail/hospital experience required. Pharmacy technician certification preferred.
