Job: Policy Analysts

Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County is currently recruiting for two policy analysts to lead the agency in the areas of Early Childhood and K-12 Education public policy as well as identifying best practice. The successful candidates will be established, articulate content experts who have the ability to apply research and analytical skills to identify best practices which may become policy recommendations in each content area

A Master's degree is required in one of the following: early education; K-12/secondary education; public administration/policy; public health; or related fields plus seven to ten years of relevant social policy and advocacy experience, and knowledge of local policy issues. Recently conferred Ph.D.s or A.B.D. candidates, working on dissertations in the content areas, are strongly encouraged to apply. The positions are open until filled.
