Job: Front Desk Agents

We are currently seeking Front Desk Agents !

Duties include:

Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests

Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests

Post charges, such those for rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls, to ledgers manually, or by using computers

Issue room keys and maintain key security

Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems

Record guest comments or complaints, offer solutions and follow up to ensure 100% satisfaction

Prior hotel experience REQUIRED

High School diploma or the equivalent

College course work in related field preferred

Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift (eight hours or more)

Computer experience preferred
