Jobing Description
The Client Services Account Manager will coordinate sales support, identify client needs and translate them into business opportunities that will provide increased profitability per client. This position will assist in new client implementations and other client support activities as well as provide a liaison for External Sales and Client with all internal departments. The Client Services Account Manager will conduct field meetings with assigned clients as well.
Skills / Requirements
BA/BS degree in a related area of study is a required. Candidate must have three years of customer-facing / facilitation role as well as one year of financial services experience. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio) software. AS400 experience a plus.
