Job: On-Site Recruiter (Part-Time)

Recruit potential blood donors at promotional, community and corporate blood drives under the direct supervision of the Community Relations Manager to ensure a drive meets its desired projection.

Excellent customer service and sales required. Extraverted, disciplined, flexible and adaptive personality. Friendly and outgoing manner. Must be self-starter, highly motivated and able to work independently. Basic knowledge of computer applications.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Read, write and speak English effectively, and follow complex oral and written instructions. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
