Job description:
- Develop, maintain and revise, as necessary, all processes supporting the administration of training courses including: curriculum and course structure, course testing and upload.
- Develop, maintain and revise, as necessary, all processes supporting student registration, online completions, tracking and training delivery.
- Develop documentation and provide guidance on the processes and procedures for site administrators for use of the LMS, as needed.
- Produce and verify training status reports for targeted audiences. Escalate identified issues to appropriate management as needed.
- Analyze data, identify root causes and maintain documentation of LMS issues. Track to resolution.
-Work with members of the Training team and management to develop Learning Plans within the LMS.
-Participate in testing of online courses to ensure they operate and are tracked correctly.
- Produce system reports as necessary to produce data for training metrics.
- Maintain physical (hardcopy and electronic if appropriate) inventory of Training Courses.
- Complete special projects and analysis as required.
- Maintain hardcopy training files.
- Initiate and support Corporate Learning and Development Department initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- This position is responsible for assisting with the coordination of upgrades, modifications, enhancements and projects related to the LMS.The candidate will develop and communicate metric reports, analyze process gaps and provide recommendations to the leadership team for implementation.

SCOPE
- Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies with respect to the LMS that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
- Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Skills / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be detail-oriented team player with excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Must be comfortable interfacing with multiple levels in the organization.
- Ability to multi-task is a must.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Ability to meet challenging deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Prior experience in a Training department preferred.
