What You-ll be Doing:

* Designing outstanding engaging email, stunning marketing offers, and landing page campaigns

* Working closely with online marketing and product teams to translate loose requirements into
creative that is not only awesome, but also generates serious conversions

* Transforming your designs from Adobe Creative Suite into ultra-clean xHTML & CSS

* Leveraging creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative, landing pages and campaigns for specific targets

* Working with the marketing team to drive key revenue metrics - including conversions -
through targeting and creative optimization

* Developing and advancing the creative and online marketing team

Required Experience:
Your Must-Haves:

* 1 to 2 years of web/graphic design experience with demonstrated success in direct-to-consumer, performance-based creative/marketing campaigns

* A portfolio of quality design work or a link to your site

* Clean, crisp, user-friendly designs that scream "professional!" get our hearts beating faster!

* A ninja-like expertise of Adobe Creative Suite, xHTML, and CSS

* Experience and understanding of HTML production, web graphic formats and design principles

It Would Be Really, Really Great If You Also:

* Have the ability to write custom Javascript/jQuery

* Thrived under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment

* Have copywriting and marketing skills to help drive desired consumer response

* Have a basic understanding of a form post (GET or POST method)

* Have a passion and unbridled enthusiasm for online marketing and a
deep appreciation for jaw-dropping web design

* Take extreme pride in your work and have a drive to succeed

* Possess exceptional communication skills and a "team-first" attitude

* Are an all-around web and graphic design rockstar!
