Client First is a rapidly growing Boca Raton based financial services organization, seeking motivated Sales Executives to call company provided leads in our Structured Settlements division. An out-going attitude and a pleasant phone demeanor are required. Candidates must be comfortable with cold calling.
Using Client First technology, you will be put in touch with hundreds of clients per day. The successful candidate will quickly build rapport and fact find.
You must have the ability to work with our proprietary computer system. Energetic, optimistic, hard-working, and organized candidates desired. Strong verbal communication skills are a necessity. We are seeking qualified candidates for various shifts. 100% leads provided.
Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients using Client First technology
Forge strong relationships with client and explain the services Client First has to offer
Generate prospective client interest in selling all or part of their settlement payments
Follow up with all leads established
Provide exceptional customer service at all times by identifying and resolving client concerns
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the numbers of contacts to be made.
Verify unverified numbers, and disqualified leads.
Skills / Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred
3 to 5 years of inside sales or call center experience
Must be able to forge strong relationships over the telephone.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Verifiable knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Extremely self-motivated
CRM experience a plus.
