Sr Technology Training Spec Enterprise Systems Mgmt (EPIC) Memorial Healthcare System

Designs & delivers technology enabled training and adult education expertise to the MHS community at various levels. Meets with users, teams, departments & leadership to identify, analyze, and understand technology-training needs. Conducts technology software classes and in-service sessions, Train-the-Trainer classes, and other MHS training presentations. Develops training materials.

Skills / Requirements

Work requires the knowledge normally acquired through the completion of an Associates degree. Minimum of 3 years using healthcare software technology required. Minimum requirements include being able to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment with changing priorities. Must be able to work independently and exhibit good decision making skills. Familiar with electronic systems utilized in training areas and conference room settings required.

May be required to obtain certification from certain software vendors within 6 months of hire.

Minimum requirements include a detailed understanding of Hospital Emergency Services workflows and experience in teaching the adult learner.
