We are actively seeking a talented Architectural Senior Project Manager for immediate employment in our Coral Gables, FL office. 
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage Project/Program activities and multiple priorities
  • Analyze, monitor projects and program and prepare cost exposure reports and cash flow projections, maintaining comprehensive budgets, monitoring and maintaining schedules
  • Manage daily staff assignments and participates in weekly staffing meetings
  • Responsible for establishing project execution plans and implementing AECOM quality standards
  • Leads project meetings
  • Financial performance of the team and monitors staff sold time and work backlog
  • Prepare responses and proposals to RFPs
  • Responsible for solicitation, evaluation and selection of sub-consultants and contractors
  • During the design management process, prepares estimates and value engineering analysis, peer reviews, and constructability reviews
  • Oversee the processing of submittals, requests for information, shop drawings, substitution requests, change proposals and mods
  • Oversee the processing and approval of monthly invoices
  • Manage the preparation of periodic reports, and prepares monthly reports that discuss, in detail, the status of the project/program
  • Work directly with Owner/Stakeholders of the program to verify project objectives are met

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of project management experience in architecture experience covering all aspects of building design – survey, design development, construction documents, construction administration
  • AECOM PM Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, are highly motivated and detail oriented with a strong background managing complex client development programs
  • Well organized and adept at multi-tasking working with master agreements and multiple task orders
  • Ability to manage and or direct project staff
  • Must be proficient in AutoCad 2010 (or higher version) and Revit experience is preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
