About this opportunity:
Albion's Staffing Division has a client, a solid banking institution with multiple branches throughout Broward County, that is currently seeking to hire a bilingual (Spanish/English) Loan Collector that enjoys working with diverse products lines such as: consumer lending (personal loans), auto/recreational vehicle lending and credit cards products.

As a member of the loan operations department you will:

  • Conduct soft collection calls; will be speaking to credit union members
  • Soft collections as they are speaking to credit union members
  • Contact members via phone or email to identify and resolve repayment issues
  • Assist members with allocating payment plans to satisfy their loan balances
  • Process and post charges to accounts
  • Investigate misapplied payments

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of recent collections experience within the auto, banking or credit card industries
  • Must have prior banking/ finance industry related experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Workplace Location:
Plantation, FL

Schedule:

Mon - Fri 09:00 am - 05:00 pm

Flexible to work half day on Saturday's once a month (once fully trained)
