Qualifications

EAGLE Technical Operations Specialist

Support our client by providing level 1 technology support for data delivery. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring technology events, validating data, data stewardship, and data management. Identifying new and better ways to improve the technology environment and ensuring a quality product. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information entered into the incident management system. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all data delivery processing. Assists in supporting the achievement of team objectives. Comfortable learning new technologies and operating them. Work well within a team to solve problems and resolve issues.

MUST be able to work shifts over a 24 hours cycle.
