Position Description

ServiceNow HR System Senior Analyst

Location: Orlando

Your Future Challenges

Support Administration of ServiceNow – HR environment
Manage end to end implementation of ServiceNow – HR new developments and modifications, from requirements gathering, training, change management, documentation, communication, implementation and post implementation support
Research and advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow HR modules.
Research and implement solutions to HR Cases, incidents and requests
Update standards and procedures documentation as required
Educate team members on best practices and engage in continuous improvement exercises.

What do we look for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related area required.
Minimum of 5 years application development experience using a variety of web technologies such as HTML/HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3
ca. 8 years in IT / HRIS experience
Experience in requirements gathering, architecture, business process analysis
Experience in building and implementing ServiceNow applications.
Knowledge of Workday would be an advantage; knowledge of HR Processes preferred
Strong cross-platform problem solving skills.
Experience in project management
Ability to work in fast paced, team-oriented environment.
