Coretelligent has an opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to work in a growing, exciting and dynamic team oriented environment, providing an opportunity to enter into the organization at a pinnacle time. This position is a full sales life cycle role; the position will be responsible for prospecting and setting up meetings with potential clients (small to mid-sized businesses) to better understand the client's IT support needs, present Coretelligent’s offerings, and ultimately solution sell matching core services to client’s need. Due to the consultative nature of the sale, this person must have complex consultative selling experience, preferably selling IT services, extremely strong relationship building skills along with demonstrable prospecting and closing ability.

  • Prospect & hunt for new business
  • Be a new business catalyst with the capacity to ramp quickly
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly objectives
  • Responsible for the full sales life cycle from start to close
  • Manage and build a pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diverse personalities within an organization
  • Uphold Coretelligent’s reputation for the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industry
  • Skillfully qualify needs of the client and effectively translate into compelling value proposition(s)
  • Attend various networking events in and around West Palm Beach

  • Self-directed continuous improvement of sales and technical knowledge


  • Service based sales experience
  • Strong hunter mentality
  • Solution/consultative/technology sales experience
  • 5-10 years of outside sales experience, 5 years of selling technical solutions
  • Self-starter motivated by the opportunity to advance professionally, personally and financially
  • Strong ability to develop a professional rapport, overcome objections and persuade while maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional communication, both written and oral, and organizational skills
  • Experience with MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools


  • IT Service based sales experience
  • Solution/consultative/technology sales experience
  • Managed Service Provider experience preferable
