Job Description
As an Order Management Coordinator, you are responsible for adjudicating claims, resolves various insurance issues and works with Patient Care Services, Pharmacy and Shipping to ensure orders are processed in a timely fashion. Further, you will process claims to insurance companies and secondary payors along with processing credit card payments and print delivery tickets. Some other critical components of this role include interact with front-line staff to resolve patient account issues in a courteous fashion, analyze patient account detail (delivery date, address, past due balances, charges and payments), update dates of service within the assigned queues and properly document all work in patient accounts within CPR+. Also you will may assist in the shipping pharmacy department when needed and perform other duties as assigned by the Order Management Team Lead and Manager as well as you will maintain current knowledge of copay assistance programs.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree
- Experience with claims adjudication within CPR+
