This position will travel approximately 50%. Most travel is within Florida.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), Regional Clinical Sales Specialist you will be able to combine your strong clinical and relationship development skills to take ownership of a territory maintaining/building business relationships with high profile cardiac and TPN clients and major hospitals. This role drives product line strategies and revenue growth to meet or exceed budget expectations.

You will be assigned a territory calling on physicians, nurses, case managers, discharge planners and other healthcare professionals in hospital, office, and clinic settings. You will use your excellent written,verbal and customer service skills along with advanced computer skills in order to interact with key partners.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), Regional Clinical Sales Specialist you will be

Responsible for driving revenue performance for post-acute care therapies in top accounts within the region. Assists with the development of therapy line sales strategies and goals for assigned region.

* Identifies and retains new physicians, hospitals, payors and consumer opportunities for key therapies to drive profitability.

* Coordinates sales activities with Directors, Regional Sales Managers, Managed Care Medical Groups, Territory Managers, and Clinical Service Liaisons

* Attends internal certifications and CEU presentations as indicated by customer’s needs and regional staff resources

* Provides instruction on clinical topics related to disease-state management, improvement of patient outcome and reimbursement issues.

* Performs in-service education to referral sources, physicians and nursing agencies.

* Ensures program services are provided to patients and customers in compliance to company policies and procedures and comply with Joint Commission Standards

* Participates in local and national support group meetings for key therapies to enhance market intelligence and business growth.

* Assures customer satisfaction and resolves customer complaints in accordance with established policies and procedures

* Participates in branch operations and sales meetings as directed. Supports therapy specific training needs of sales and ops teams

Required Qualifications
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in one of the states the position covers. Additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas.
* At least five years clinical nursing (RN) experience is required, with two years of cardiac therapies, TPN, and/or home infusion experience.
* At least two years Sales, Business Development or Marketing experience.
* Possess a valid and current driver's license and appropriate auto insurance coverage.

Preferred Qualifications
* Hospital sales experience.
* Home health and IV infusion experience.
* Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Word, * Excel, Access and PowerPoint
* Strong verbal and communications skills
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills must have the ability and flexibility to travel
* Live in territory (Tampa or Orlando).

Education
* RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing.
