We are looking for a Senior Advisor of Specialty Program Outcomes that will provide the analytic support and leadership for the client guarantees, risk contracts, and requisite financial reconciliation negotiated across specialty management products. You will have strong expertise in complex data analytics and statistical models, including the analysis and reporting of financial and clinical outcomes from claims and survey data. You will also have exclusive ability to work with and manage clients in the translation and application of those analytics. You will work as a partner and peer leader with sales, account management, underwriting, analytics, clinical affairs, and legal to ensure that program guarantees are thoughtfully established, reported, reconciled and presented to clients with the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.

As an extraordinary problem-solver with high levels of intellectual curiosity. You will utilize your advanced experience and expertise in various analytic methods to evaluate clinical and/or pharmaceutical programs. You will exhibit excellent writing and presentation skills and have the ability to clearly communicate methodologies and results to layperson audiences, as well as ability to engage in deep substantive problem solving with clinical and financial analysts. You will navigate challenging interactions with poise and skill. The Senior Advisor will exhibit extraordinary interpersonal, influencing, and consensus building skills. This role requires the demonstration of strong emotional intelligence and matrix management skills.

Responsibilities Include: 

Leads the engagement of clients as related to guarantees across all specialty drug and patient management programs, including care management and Novologix. Collaboration is paramount to success with key partners from sales, legal, product development, underwriting, information technology, analytics, operations, account management, and CVS Specialty management. 

Provides tactical and organizational leadership, including methodological input, for customer financial settlements and reconciliations and ensures company is effectively reserving for various risk arrangements. Works closely with underwriting. 

Effectively communicates program outcomes to internal and external customers. Works harmoniously with clients to address methodologic and other questions. 

Effectively interacts with management, outside consultants, other employees and any other persons to forward and represent the needs of the department. 

Develops and/or refines specific contractual language to support program level guarantees in client agreements and RFP responses. 

Leads cross-functional teams in the creation and development of innovative ways to meet and exceed client guarantee expectations and return on investment assurances. 

Tracks and communicate contractual guarantees, key landmarks, and program outcomes as assigned.

4 years working within an analytics function.

Travel (can be up to 40%) may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the company.
