Meet our Assistant Store Managers:
Assistant Store Managers assist in managing the daily operations of total store. They also serve as role models, promoting a positive attitude and motivating Team Members. Assistant Store Managers are responsible for ensuring a customer-centric, clean, organized, and safe work environment while assisting in the oversight of shrink, inventories, staffing and P & L management.
Do you have what it takes?
Top candidates bring 3-4 years of retail leadership experience in a perishable focused environment. Grocery retail experience will preferably be in the natural/organic space, however we are willing to think outside of the “box” for the right individual. Priority given to those individuals with experience managing shrink, sales, gross profit, and total store overhead. Product knowledge in Wellness (supplements, vitamins, body care) and Specialty (beer, wine, cheese, coffee), a plus. Above all else, you need the drive to successfully lead a team while exemplifying world class customer service.
