Systems Administrator II– Bangalore  –6 to 8 years

About the team

This role is a part of our  Remote Infrastructure Management Team. Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.

  • Active Directory (Architecture, Group Policy, Security, Topology Design) Working / Troubleshooting SharePoint 2007/2010 / 2013
  • Solid Administration skills on Windows Server 2003, 2008 & 2012 Operating Systems
  • AD Enterprise Certificate Services.
  • Excellent administration skills on DFS.
  • Development in VBScript, SQL & PowerShell
  • SQL Reporting Services
  • HP ProLiant and Cisco UCS blades and servers, enclosures and management systems
  • Experience working with InfoBlox
  • Varonis
  • AD Enterprise Certificate Services
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with clients & providers like Amazon, Cisco, HP, Etc
  • ITIL v3 trained

What you bring:

 

  • Be Part of Client Global Windows infrastructure support team which consists of 8 Members across US, UK and India
  • Work with onsite team to execute Change requests as per Change management window provided by business
  • Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts, (06:00 AM IST till 15:00 PM IST, 11:30 AM IST till 20:30 PM IST, 14:30 PM IST till 23:30 PM or 22:30 till 07:30 AM IST) TBD
  • Responsible for meeting SLAs and CSAT
  • Work with different Infrastructure and application teams in resolving day-to-day production issues, performance analysis, and other incidental activities as may be necessary.
  • Monitor and track Changes implementations during UK, US business hours & weekends as per change management process
  • Available on call to drive major incident / outage resolutions
  • Documentation & Operational performance reporting
  • Own and Drive Service Improvements
  • Execute on demand IT projects
  • Documentation
  • Adhere compliance to client and organization processes and policies
  • Ensure Quality of deliverables

Mandatory skills
