Coordinator, Community Engagement sought by Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL to coordinate the faculty liaison program in the development, implementation and interpretation of Academic Services learning courses. Develop and implement professional development and training programs for faculty, staff student and community members. Advise faculty on curriculum development of Academic Service learning courses. Review and evaluate engagement systems and activities and make enhancements to improve effectiveness. Develop and implement policies related to community engagement activities, including but not limited to academic courses and research. Coordinate and implement faculty, staff, and student incentives and awards resulting from their participation in community-engaged activities. Prepare studies reports related to community engagement activities. Develop assessment tools for the area of responsibility, including measurement and understanding of Community members' satisfaction and engagement levels. Requires Master's degree from an accredited institution in Public Administration, Public Policy or an equivalent area of expertise and 2 years of direct experience in community engagement policy development and experience conducting research in the field of community engagement or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Public Administration, Public Policy or an equivalent area of expertise and four years of direct experience in community engagement policy development and experience conducting research in the field of community engagement.
