Quality Improvement Specialist - Part Time

Gulf Coast JFCS is comprised of over 500 dedicated people committed to improving the lives children and families of all religions and nationalities. The only prerequisite is need. Annually, GCJFCS supports more than 30,000 people throughout Florida. Our programs are designed to protect children from abuse and neglect; to help people overcome substance abuse, to manage mental health, or to gain control of debilitating behaviors; to care for and connect seniors to needed services; to provide emergency financial and food assistance to support Holocaust survivors; and to welcome and help resettle refugees from around the world.


Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the UAC program and services; establishing and implementing internal control systems to monitor compliance with program requirements. This position ensures program compliance and recommends efficiency and effectiveness measures to improve program performance. This position requires independent judgment and is performed under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor. This is a part time (20 hours per week) position.

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and two years of experience working with children and families.
  • Must participate in continuing education/training each year.
