What this job involves
Leading a team of Marketing, Operations and Administration professionals based at a large sub-regional shopping centre in Melbourne’s north, you will encourage a culture of innovation & sustainability amongst the team and continually look for new ways of doing things to add value for our client.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the centres business plan objectives, minimise arrears, maximise property income and actively assist in the delivery of the operating and capital expenditure budgets. 
Providing superior client service and being the first point of contact for the client to ensure that all centre staff provide same service standards will be essential.

A true retail professional with proven success in Shopping Centre Management your focus will be both strategic and operational, spanning all aspects of Retail Management.  .
You will have a strong financial acumen, demonstrated communication skills and the ability to deal confidently with Clients, Tenants, Staff and the broader community. You will have a strategic and commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills both in developing relationships and resolving disputes or problems as they arise.
Naturally, you are results driven; consistently delivering high levels of service and performance to all stakeholders. It is critical that you have leadership qualities to manage and develop staff. Qualifications in property or business disciplines will be highly regarded as well as your proven financial capabilities.
