What this opportunity involves:

We are currently seeking an experienced Portfolio Coordinator to support our Retail Portfolio team! Based in Melbourne CBD, you’ll be responsible for providing administration assistance to the team, with particular emphasis on financial administration, marketing and operational support.

Snapshot of the role:
  • Portfolio team coordination and administrative support, as well as supporting onsite team
  • Preparing and distributing reports and meeting minutes
  • Raising expense claims, management fees, arranging travel bookings and general administrative duties
  • Support new staff with onboarding, coordinating training
  • Co-ordinate client/portfolio reporting requirements
  • Monitor media for business development opportunities
  • Co-ordinate & implement corporate marketing tools and initiatives
This is a fantastic opportunity for a team administrator to apply their strong organisational skills, exceptional time management capabilities and refined communication ability to a pivotal role.

To be successful, you’ll have highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to prioritise and juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines! Experience in a similar support role will be advantageous, as will exposure to the property industry and experience using MRI.

You’ll be highly organised, have a strong business and financial acumen, with a customer service focus, and take a mature and sensitive approach when handling confidential correspondence and information.  Your advanced understanding of Microsoft Office programs, teamed with an enthusiastic and proactive approach will prove success to this role!
