Accountant (Doral, FL) F/T - Responsible for prep'n & examination of fin'l records to ensure their accuracy & compliance w/ city, state & federal tax laws. Calculate tax obligations, prep tax returns filings. Prep profit & loss statements & monthly closing & cost acctg reports. Apply acctg skills while utilizing acctg & tax s/ware to also prep not just tax & fin'l reports. Responsible for inspecting acct books to ensure compliance. Advise on tax ramifications of business decisions. Reqmts are Bach deg in Acctg, or Finance & Acctg or closely rltd acctg or finance field + 12 mos of exp as Accountant, Acctg Mgr, Acctg Officer or closely rltd acctg position.
