Job Description
Architecture & Projects Manager (Miami, FL). Determine project reqmts & objectives for manufacture of high-end marble & quartz decorative surface coverings. Assess & apply construction norms & code of conduct. Confer w/ clients & project personnel to address scope of work. Identify technical project needs, incl materials, technical/structural feasibility, timeliness & personnel needs. Prep & present technical project plans. Prep budget estimates. Ensure product optimization. Coord project logistics, prep progress reports & track project milestones. Recommend project improvements. 50% short-term travel to East Coast & Midwest to visit projects/clients. Reqmts: Bach deg or its foreign educational equiv in Architecture, Civil Engg or Construction Engg + 2 yrs exp in job offd or in an acct mgmt position in the marble & quartz surfaces mfg & distribution industry.
