Coord activities & training of independent real estate brokers &/or agents, mktg, & administrative svcs. Formulate recruiting, operational & rltd policies. Bach deg in Business Mgmt, or Mgmt, Business Admin or closely rltd field(s) + 12 mos of exp in job offd or as General & Operations Mgr, General Mgr, Administrative Functions Mgr, Contracts Mgr or rltd managerial position(s) reqd.
